Planning NOW For 2019
December is all about spending time with your loved ones, parties at work or school and all of the food that goes along with that. Most of that food, we all know, is NOT what we should be eating but it’s tradition. From Thanksgiving through Christmas I can’t even imagine how many extra calories we consume each year. Yikes!
This December I’d like to encourage you to join me in spending time planning for your success in 2019. I’m not saying give up on your diet and plunge head first into that bowl of eggnog with a cookie in each hand. Not at all. In fact, let’s up our exercise game in December to counter act all of those cookies you’re sure to dig into. But planning now will help you start strong in the new year.

If you’re not working out – start. Use this month to create a healthy workout routine for yourself. I will be adding my PiYo videos in the AM to make sure I can’t talk myself out of doing them later. If you are working out already up it! Dig deeper. Workout longer. Make yourself sweat!
Planning For 2019
If you follow me on Facebook you know that I started a new “diet” plan this year. 131 Method – It’s not really a diet, it’s more of an education program with suggested meals. In fact, the recipes are absolutely amazing, just don’t tell your kids it’s healthy and they’ll never know. I’m actually down 16 pounds and counting. The 131 Method, created by Chalene Johnson and a team of nutritionist, is all about helping you make educated choices about what you’re putting into your body.
Because of my success so far, I will be restarting this program beginning January 1st and I’d love for you to join me. I created a private group *One Roll at a Time Community just for you! When you’re learning to make a life style change of any kind you’re always more successful when you have a community around you to cheer you on. Especially if that community is working towards the same goals too. You don’t need to decide right now. Take a look around and see what all the 131 Method has to offer you. We’ll talk more about it later this month.

For now, I want you to start thinking about what you know you need to change. Do you need to add cardio into your life? Cut back on your sugar intake? Ditch a ton of carbs? What do you KNOW you need to change? Create a list and think about how important each item is to you to change. Then go through and number them 1-10, one being the most important.
